This Privacy Policy applies to mobile apps and games published by OddBall Studios that link to this page, including Colorful Paws and You Are Marley. It may also cover future OddBall Studios apps that follow the same privacy practices described below.

Information we collect

Our covered apps do not collect, store, sell, or share personal information. They do not require an account and do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking technologies.

Internet access

Our covered apps are designed to work without internet access. They do not send your activity, creations, or progress to OddBall Studios.

Information stored on your device

Some apps may save information locally on your device so their features work. This local information is not sent to OddBall Studios.

• Colorful Paws: When you choose Save picture, the app saves the image to the DCIM/Colorful Paws folder so it can appear in compatible gallery apps, including Google Photos. Pictures remain on your device unless you choose to share or back them up.
• You Are Marley: The app may save story progress, discovered endings, and settings locally on your device.

Children’s privacy

Our covered apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.

Future apps and changes

This policy may be used for future OddBall Studios apps that follow these same practices. If an app uses different features—such as accounts, advertising, analytics, online services, or personal-data collection—we will update this policy or provide a separate privacy policy before that app is released.

We may update this page when our apps or privacy practices change. The effective date above will show when the latest version took effect.
